Sara J. Snead
Sara has been a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida since May of 2005. She was locally raised in Jacksonville and attended Jacksonville University where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She has experience working for a privately held construction company as their chief financial officer for over eight years. She was completely involved in the management and daily operations of the business including business planning, financial operations, employee management, loan management, payroll, benefits management, customer relations, and problem solving. She has been working with small businesses in the public accounting field for over fifteen years.
Her business background has enabled her to provide practical solutions to issues that small business’ face, as well as, address tax issues that may arise. She is a Quick Books ProAdvisor with several certifications and capable to adapt to other bookkeeping software as needed. Professionally, she has prepared tax returns and compiled financial statements for a wide variety of business enterprises and contractors, trade associations, private clubs and other non-profits. Sara prepares individual tax returns of her corporate clients as well as complex individual tax returns. Along with completing the tax return, she provides yearend tax planning to reduce tax liability. She has also has extensive experience handling IRS issues for both individuals and businesses and Florida Department of Revenue sales tax audits.

Brenda Miller
Brenda has been a full-service bookkeeper for more than 30 years. She is proficient with the operations of many different types of businesses. She can help prepare Florida sales tax forms and any payroll tax forms required to keep clients compliant with federal and state tax laws. She is knowledgeable in the functions of Quick Books desktop and online versions and available to answer any questions regarding their operation.
Tammy Anderson, E.A.
Tammy has over 30 years experience in full service bookkeeping, payroll preparation and both individual and corporate tax preparation. She is proficient with the accounting for several types of businesses from individual sole proprietors to corporations. She can help prepare Florida sales tax forms and any payroll tax forms required to keep clients compliant with federal and state tax laws. She is knowledgeable in the functions of QuickBooks Desktop and Online as well as a Certified QuickBooks advisor. In 2012 she became a Registered Tax Return Preparer with the Internal Revenue Service and in 2024 she became an Enrolled Agent (EA). Enrolled Agents are tax practitioners who are licensed at the federal level by the Internal Revenue Service and can represent a tax client before IRS.
Megan Leitner, E.A.
Megan is an Enrolled Agent (EA) which is a tax practitioner who is licensed at the federal level by the Internal Revenue Service and can represent a tax client before the IRS. She has over 10 years’ experience in tax preparation and bookkeeping services. She has been certified as a Quick Books ProAdvisor and is proficient in the preparation of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
Jennifer Muse
Jennifer is the company’s office manager and accounts receivable supervisor. She also manages customer accounts, business operations and provides notary services to our clients upon request.
